Victoria Ritz serves as director of talent & casting at Big Fish Entertainment, overseeing casting for the company’s eclectic development and current slate. Having joined Big Fish in 2014 as casting producer, she has a proven track record of finding, developing and producing untapped talent for unscripted TV and has assembled cast ensembles and handpicked host talent for myriad Big Fish projects in development, shepherding them from pilot to series. Ritz also sources new talent for existing programs including A&E's Live PD; MTV's How Far Is Tattoo Far?; VH1's Black Ink Crew franchise, Love and Hip Hop Hollywood and New York; and WE tv's Hustle and Soul, among others.  
 
Prior to Big Fish, Ritz was an independent casting producer for unscripted and scripted pilots, in addition to current series for Viacom, ABC Television, CBS, 11th Street Productions, Big Energy Productions, DiGa Vision, and more. She is a graduate of James Madison University School of Media Art and Design.
