Nik is the Director of Music Publishing at LyricFind, the world's leader in licensed lyric solutions with licensing from over 5,000 music publishers, including all the majors. Since joining the company in 2008 as Content Manager, Nik oversaw a team of 12, monitoring and ensuring publishing coverage of song lyrics from around the world in more than 10 different languages. In 2015, Nik transitioned to the publishing department and was promoted to Director of Publishing. In this role, Nik has helped initiate, negotiate and close key licensing deals from artists like Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, and The Who to The Weeknd, Migos, Nas and many others. Nik has also led licensing efforts to acquire new publishing rights for LyricMerch, the on-demand custom merchandise service from LyricFind.

Nik graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management.
